I specialize in helping individuals and families navigate life when things feel overwhelming. My focus areas include:
Depression
Trauma and PTSD
Anxiety and emotional dysregulation
ADHD
Anger management
Coping with life transitions, family or peer conflict, parenting concerns, school or behavioral issues
Supporting LGBTQ+ and transgender clients with issues such as self‐esteem, identity, and relationship concerns
My therapeutic approach draws on evidence-based methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused CBT, and is rooted in person-centered, strength-based, and solution-focused frameworks. I believe in meeting you where you are, building on your existing strengths, and walking together toward change.

I am a Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW) and have been in practice since 2016 following my MSW from Michigan State University. Over more than four years working directly with children, adolescents, and families, I’ve developed a foundation built on empathy, active listening, and validation. My belief is that every person brings their own strengths and life experiences into therapy, and when we work collaboratively in a respectful, compassionate, and trusting environment, meaningful healing and growth can happen.
I currently offer in-person options as from our offices in Owosso and Swartz Creek, MI, making support accessible to you in flexible ways while working toward your goals.
I have primarily weekends and evenings available at this time, and can work with and person in the state of Michigan via telehealth.

I primarily work with teens, and adults, working both individually and within family contexts. No matter what your pronouns are, or your individuals struggles may be - you have a space here. I have experience supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community and create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients of diverse backgrounds and identities can feel seen and heard.
