I work with children, teens, and adults, typically ages 10–60. I enjoy supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, substance use challenges, and major life transitions. I am drawn to helping clients who are looking for guidance, support, and strategies to feel more balanced, grounded, and confident in their daily lives.

My approach is rooted in empathy and understanding, ensuring that you will feel heard and supported throughout your journey.
I am compassionate, warm, and strength-based approach to therapy. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, validated, and empowered. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Michigan State University and hold a social work license. My education included coursework in mental health and substance use, and I have experience working with adults with co-occurring mental health and substance use concerns, as well as children in a variety of settings. I am committed to ongoing learning and plan to continue expanding my skills and certifications as I grow in my career.
