I have experience working with adolescents, families, and adults. I started my career as a case manager for children and families, and have experience working with those who have struggled with substance abuse. Throughout my career I have worked with people who have a history of severe mental health disorders and provided community based services to help individuals stay within the community and out of the hospital or jail.

My specialty is working with children, adolescents and adults. My primary interests include working with those who are 10+ with depression, anxiety, ADHD, adjustment disorders, FASD, and other mild to moderate mental health struggles.

I am trained in Motivational interviewing as well as Families Moving Forward providing services to children and their parents who have been impacted by FASD.
