Schedule your free 15 minute consultation at the day and time that works best for you. This will take place as a private phone call to make sure you and your therapist can communicate well together.

Get to work
During the consult, you can share about what’s brought you to therapy, and have any questions that you may have be answered. Your therapist will do their best to answer any of your questions and you both can decide if you’re the right fit.

See change
Typically, you will begin to see your therapist weekly in order to establish a relationship. Depending on your needs and goals, you may shift to biweekly appointments.
